I had arrived at the hotel about an hour early, I had asked if we could check in early. The front desk attendant apologized and explained that with the hotel being full of Helene evacuees, Marine Corps graduates' families in town, as well as being short staffed, we would not be able to check in. We understood. Her kindness was unmatched. Our room was really nice, and we slept well. The mattresses were VERY comfortable. We did have a water back-up in the shower, and on our way to the farmers market we mentioned it to the front desk clerk. We were gone no more than an hour, came back to the room, and the drain had been cleared, and our room had been touched up (even though housekeeping hadn't even made it to our floor yet!!!) Very impressive considering them being shorthanded. The stay was great. I frequent Beaufort often, and this will be my new go to. For the value I recommend this with hotel highly!

I liked the location because it was minutes away from everything. The shower had good pressure, and there was always hot water.

Room and facilities were as expected for this class of hotel, i.e., everything was fine.
